We collect only the data needed to run your booking: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, country, hotel and booking details.

How we use your data

• To confirm and operate your tour, organise hotel pick-up and contact you about your booking (email and, if you agree, WhatsApp).
• To send reminders before the tour and a feedback request after it.
• To send occasional offers only if you opted in. You can opt out at any time.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Paymob. Card details are entered on Paymob's secure page and never pass through or are stored on our website.

Sharing

We share booking details only with our own staff and drivers who need them to operate your trip, and with service providers (email, payment) that process data on our behalf. We never sell your data.

Retention

Booking records are kept as long as needed for operational, accounting and legal reasons. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by contacting us.
