• Cancellation 1 day before the trip: 100% charge.
• Cancellation on the same day or no-show: 50% charge.

Changes

To change your date, hotel or number of guests, contact us as early as possible on WhatsApp or by email. Changes depend on availability.

Cancellations by NOMAD SAFARI

If we cancel a trip for safety, weather or operational reasons, we offer another date or a full refund of the amount paid.

Refunds

Refunds for online payments are made to the original payment method through our payment provider (Paymob). Processing times depend on your bank.
